John Polkinghorn
 John Polkinghorn has extensive investigative experience. John served the South Dakota Highway Patrol for 17 ½ years, the last 12 years as a vehicle fraud investigator. John also has over 10 years of investigative experience in the field of insurance investigations, including over 7 years with American Family Insurance Special Investigations Unit. While with the unit John has held the positions of Field Investigator and Regional Investigations Manager. Most recently John worked as a Special Agent with the National Insurance Crime Bureau. John has testified as an expert witness in criminal and civil cases in the State and Federal Court Systems.
John is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and has attained the designation of Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA). John is a member of the following associations: Association of Certified Fraud Examiners-The Heartland Chapter (ACFE); International Association of Special Investigations Unit-The Minnesota Chapter (IASIU); International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI); and the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators (IAATI).
